To be the Best Club: a club with the best culture focussed on the success of each team, each individual and our community.

RESPECT

Respect is measured by how we treat each other. We treat each other with dignity and equality and value all contributions.

EFFORT

We value dedication, rigour, sacrifice and perseverance. Effort will lead us to achieve that which may seem impossible.

AMBITION

We strive to be at our best, to achieve maximum performance in all things, and, in so doing, continuously grow and improve.

INTEGRITY

We expect high standards of behaviour in each other. We value honesty, fairness and trust, and always work within the rules and follow codes of conduct.

UNITY

We are one Club, we support each other, we collaborate and we make decisions in the best interests of our Club as a whole.
